There’s a lot of blood in the water near Hyannis Harbor, folks are mad as Hell, and are striking back because they can’t take the tyranny anymore….

Both Mr. and Miss All American Bully Champions got the worst of it this week, and for Miss All American Bully, Janet Joakim, the wounds could be fatal.

We all know about Joakim's vendetta against the ZBA that caused the resignations of the entire board, but not Mr. Bully Universe, Jimmy Crocker, the subject of yesterdays post, and the guy who got flattened in the Island Merchant last weekend.

Last week I predicted the Planning Board would do a reprise of the Zoning Board, but later retracted the story when I learned the council was working feverishly over the weekend to mitigate the animosity.

So while others on the council were attempting to solace the virulence through discourse, Bully Crocker was getting his message across with brute force.

I don't want to identify the planning board member because he was minding his own business like he always has during the 15 years I’ve known him.

He’s a perfect gentleman, and the last guy I’d guess to get into a physical altercation of any kind.

In fact I think he’s such a great guy that if he went out with my daughter, I'd be so elated, I’d rejoin the Catholic Church, and never miss communion at a Sunday or Holy Day of Obligation mass again.

Crocker was shit face in the bar, and was about to drive home.

The planning board member suggested that Crocker was too impaired to drive.

Witnesses say there were three strong pushes before Crocker got flattened and bloodied.

Everyone loves to see a bully get his or her comeuppance

I go back to Charles Atsalis, who turned his life around after a bully kicked sand on him at the beach (malapropism intended)

If you plan to attend tonight’s melodrama.  be aware the meeting has been moved up an hour.

It begins at 6:-00 PM.

As with all 19^th Century melodramas it is okay to boo and hiss the villains, who will be sitting in the raised platform facing you.

There will be a major surprise tonight in the form of relief, but I am not at liberty to reveal what it is about.

All I can say it is big and welcome news that will absorb a lot of the blood in town hall.

This town is in big trouble because it can’t operate in a vacuum.

On Tuesday town officials, both appointed and elected, announced the creation of an ad hoc committee that will beat the bushes to find ass-kissers to serve on committees.

It seems most folks have eschewed the privilege of serving on town committees, commissions, and boards for good reason.

The council only wants people who will validate its positions.

There's a better way to help your community, but only after a preponderance on the council have returned to their private lives.

Just last week, I volunteered for an opening on the Hyannis Water Board. John Klimm was very gracious and told me he'd put me on the list.

Before John and Janet, water boards were elected everywhere else in the state.

Be cause the Hyannis Water Board is appointed, John Klimm, who lives in Yarmouth, controls the board.

It's his way or the highway.

Not so in COMM, Cotuit, West Barnstable, and Barnstable Village, because voters elect their water boards.

Yes, there IS much trouble in Happyville and with all these ASSWIPES and ego's, things will only get worse. THE TOWN MANAGER NEED TO GO, and RESIGN as do 11 of the 13 town councilors, EXCLUDING Greg Milne, the ONLY one with any integrity and brains. I will also give Rick Barry a pass as well as Rick has proven on some occasions that he CARES about the PEOPLE and the TOWN overall. The rest of these asswipes could care LESS about the PEOPLE nor do they care about the TOWN overall......... All most of them care about is their 'village'. Ahhhhhhh, Leah Curtis. Ahhhh, Janice Barton. Ahhhhhhhhhh Jim Crocker. Jim doesn't even KNOW that Osterville IS a PART OF THIS TOWN! Ahhhhh, Ann Canedey........ Hyannis? Centerville? Marstons Mils? What are those? Ahhhhh, forget it! Everyone here KNOWs what the hell the problem is HERE!

We have a most UNQUALIFIED Town Manager who could NOT QUALIFY to be the Manager in the town of Falmouth because that town HAS SPECIFIC QUALIFICATIONS for one to run that town! Mr. Klimm has NO SUCH qualifications.... Therefore he has no business being the Manager. Sorry John Klimm but this is pure fact, NO MATTER how much your feelings are hurt.

And as for the council, forget it....... These people are also NOT even remotely qualified in the least to be where they are at.

Which leads me to my next subject......... the town charter. We have eight people on the charter commission. So far they have done very little to dig their hands into what is WRONG with the town gov't here......... WHY? Because the charter commission is stacked with a few who are there simply as pawn HACKS for John Klimm's benefit. No offense but does anyone REALLY think that former councilors Bob Jones and Roy Richardson have any intention of CHANGING OR FIXING anything? It'll never happen. Bob Jones and Roy Richardson think this is the GREATEST local government on the planet and are there just to make sure John Klimm stays right where he is..........

So isn't this great? We have a town leader who runs our town with his # ONE priority as making sure he kisses the asses of SEVEN Town councilors enough just to KEEP his job?! Sure, this IS A FABULOUS way to run a town. We have 11 of 13 councilor HACKS who are clueless and could care LESS about anyone and a Manager who is wasting MILLIONS these days to spew propaganda about HOW GREAT he is when in fact he is not even qualified in the first place!

Yes, this IS EXACTLY WHY this town is going into the gutter and anyone with a HALF brain knows this! And things will only get WORSE until and UNLESS many changes occur.

Getting John Klimm AND Janet know nothing Joakim to RESIGN will be a good start!

Thanks for the reminder. Yes, it IS rumored that our Town Manager DOES not even live in Barnstable anymore. He sold his home in Cotuit some time ago and apparently rented for a while and these days he is said to LIVE now in Yarmouth. Quite honestly I COULD CARE LESS where John Klimm lives but I wonder IF there is anything in the town charter about this...... Anyone know? I only ask simply because IF this were anyone else, THIS WOULD BE AN ISSUE.........

In my day those were called 'double standards' but in THIS town among certain HACKS, these kinds of things are accepted.........

Gee, John Klimm reads this daily like bible........ Poor John must be taking this hard. After WASTING thousands of OUR hard earned tax dollars on those PUTRID "All America City" signs and he even CHANGED the town stationary... Nice, eh? here we have parents having to shell out $ 275 per kid to ride a GD School bus and this asswipe is sitting there WASTING TENS OF THOUSANDS of dollars on his "all America" garbage.

John, you must be in la la land! Or haven't you noticed that our town is DAMN NEAR THE TOP in FORECLOSURES in the grand ole Commonwealth! And we STILL have HOW MANY LAWYERS in town hall? And just WHAT do they do, besides nothing? Hey, to the staff from the Times who also read here daily, try this one: Why not go and check EVERY Cape Cod Town and find out the following:

1. HOW MANY FULL TIME LAWYERS each town has, and what their $$$$ pay is.

2. How many towns USE outside law firms, and HOW MUCH EACH has spent over the past three years.

3. HOW MANY CURRENT PENDING CASES THAT EACH TOWN HAS AGAINST IT..........

Any bets? I bet the proportion of the pending suits in THIS town are WAY above the other towns......... Any guesses WHY? Try ARROGANCE!

This town is run by a bunch of maggots who THINK they can run everything by intimidation and the like.... Think again.
