I'm watching numbers and hoping for great results. The public safety factor for Hyannis and Brockton By the Sea seems to be pivotal.

The sewering and split-tax debate are in context when priorities are established and malfeasance is discovered. It's better to keep your fingers crossed than to end up double crossed. Let this be the motto and battle cry of the 2009 municipal voters.

I had hoped that BETTER leadership would and might change this but I have learned something: Barnstable voters have not a clue about much of anything that is going on here. Some will soon find out.

but another one of the ironies is that by more foreclosures occuring, more banks will hire you and provide you with ongoing inventory thus ennsuring you a rather good livelihood for some time to come...

Look friend, I am glad that you personally think that this is amusing, because quite honestly it is not.... I happen to care about people as I said, just for openers. In my distinguished real estate career, I have been involved in over 3,500 real estate sales which places me in the 1% of agents anywhere in this country and yes, I am damn proud of htis. BUT...

As I have said ll along, this is NOT about me. This is about ALL of us, including you if you care to care..

With that said, as you say, yes, with the upcoming inventory, this is true that I will have as you say this 'livelihood' to come.... but who cares?!

I will write a book on real estate here one day soon because I have the experiences, trust me. But again, I would prefer something very different that what we are seeing and what we are about to see. If people think it is bad right now, then I hate to say I told you so, but wait.

And again for you there friend Electoral Observor, like I said, I just HOPE that your mortgage (if you have one) is not too big. And I also HOPE that your friends, neighbors and loved ones too can handle what is coming..

ALL GOVERNMENTS right now are driving people out of their homes! Believe this or not. It is simple:

MOST AMERICANS now are suffering and they ALL have to CUT BACK and live within their means.

Do YOU se Obama doing this? Do you see Deval Patrick doing this? Do you see John the mr. Manager Klimm and his twelve apostle councilors doing this? Nice try!

So you see there friend, as long as WE ALL, we the PEOPLE, we the VOTERS continue to allow this thievery and these putrid governments to continue, then so be it..

But if I had it my way, I would like to just be selling real estate the old fashioned way where ONE Sells, takes his or her money and moves on. The happy Buyer buys and their home grows in value....

I was at a foreclosure yesterday right there in Janet's own precinct... a home on Soney Cliff Road... in 2007 the Buyers paid 340K for this. Know how much or little it's worth right now> Try about$ 235 IF the bank is lucky!

So there friend, as I said, I just plain CARE about people which was all I was trying to do. And I HOPE you personally never lose your own home. I suspect that IF you ever do, your thought process MIGHT change.

The numbers for Janet demonstrate how weakened the Councilor from the Sixth is in comparison to her colleagues. This is still a victory for those who protest the leadership style of Joakim.

Should be a strong diving board to launch the Barnstable Taxpayers Association.
